RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At After Four, we take great care to ensure that your products reach you in good condition.
As our products are packaged food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, flavour preference, or products that have been opened or consumed, except where the product is defective or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is:
• damaged or leaking;
• delivered with compromised or tampered packaging;
• incorrect or different from the product ordered;
• defective or otherwise unfit for consumption at the time of delivery; or
• past its declared expiry/best-before date at the time of delivery,
please contact us at hello@afterfour.in or +91 93032 60000 as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.
Please provide:
• your order number;
• photographs and/or video clearly showing the issue;
• photographs of the outer packaging and product packaging; and
• any other information reasonably required for us to verify the issue.
Please retain the affected product and its original packaging until your complaint has been resolved, as we may require additional photographs or information.
RESOLUTION
Once the issue has been verified, we may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:
• replace the affected product;
• issue a refund for the affected product; or
• provide another appropriate resolution.
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched, where cancellation is still operationally possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If an order is cancelled by After Four due to product unavailability, fulfilment issues, or any other reason, any amount already paid for the cancelled products will be refunded.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, opened or consumed food products cannot ordinarily be returned merely because of personal taste, flavour preference, or change of mind.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
